At Miva, I developed a Python microservice integrated with a Laravel application to model phone queue behavior and optimize call agent scheduling, reducing customer wait times by 10%.
While in college, I founded JsonPDF, a developer tool for converting JSON data to PDF documents (React, Node.js, MongoDB) with help from USF’s Student Innovation Incubator and the NSF I-Corps program, earning me Tampa Bay Inno’s 25 Under 25 award.
